We are a small family owned and run LLC company specializing in detailed home cleaning. Our business has been owned and operated by me as owner for 32 years. My name is Sandra L. White, and I am proud to say that our office and field staff are exceptional people in the housekeeping field and are steadfast in their integrity. Our staff is professionally field trained as well as insured / bonded for your protection.

 Kitchens

• Remove cobwebs
• Wet wipe & dry outside of cabinets
• Wet wipe hood
• Clean inside of window over sink & window sill

• Clean inside glass sliding door or service door (outside also if temperature is 50+ degrees)

• Sponge mop & dry floor
• Vacuum carpeting if applicable
• Vacuum steps at no extra charge

Bedrooms

• Remove cobwebs
• Dust, polish & glass cleaner where applicable
• Wet wipe window sills
• Make 2 beds
• Wet wipe accessible baseboards
• Wet or dry mop hardwood floor & under bed if accessible
• Vacuum
• Remove trash

If time allows at no extra charge to the client we will provide these services :

• Vacuum furniture where necessary

• Change linens on 2 beds

• Dust blinds

Specialty jobs

•  Wipe out inside of refrigerator ( extra 1/2 hour needed or substitute time )

• Wet wiping blinds 

• Interior of several windows

• Field Supervisors spot check your home for quality control purposes & give the office a written report.
• We encourage all clients to establish an open and close business relationship with the office so that they may feel free to express their needs & expectations.
• We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or 1 time service with flexible scheduling.
• We offer a 24 hour "make good" service to correct anything you may not have been totally satisfied with during our visit.
• We provide $15 discount to all clients giving us a viable referral.
